I am what I like to call a “people-focused” therapist. My goal is to help you, help yourself-plain and simple. I strive to be open and approachable, to make you feel as comfortable as possible allowing me into your life. I have a deep respect for all people and recognize the “human” side in all of us. While primarily a Cognitive Therapist, I will utilize complementary approaches of other evidence-based therapies to meet your individual needs, not mine. I believe that you are worthy and deserving of a happy life.
My main areas of focus for my practice are Anxiety and related disorders, Panic, Agoraphobia, PTSD/Trauma, Depression and Substance Abuse, Stress, and Grief.
